INTRODUCTION
The development comprises of 354 student accommodation bed spaces set over a range of accommodation types that consisted of 4 linked accommodation blocks. The development consisted of central CHP & gas boilers providing the primary space heating and hot water demand for the building.
PV panels were incorporated into the design with the CHP to achieve the minimum Part L & CO2 requirements.
