INTRODUCTION:

Cambridge House is a carefully considered scheme which will positively contribute to the ongoing rejuvenation of Croydon and provides contemporary homes for the area.

It is a 26-storey residential building located on Wellesley Road, amidst a number of emerging tall buildings and the majority of the homes are dual or triple-aspect, providing residents with high levels of natural light and views across London, and every flat includes a winter garden.

This development will provide 92 units, 45% habitable rooms as shared ownership and 55% private ownership. The building will replace a 5-storey office building with a 26-storey building as part of the emerging townscape of Croydon’s Opportunity Area.

EDC is providing the MEP & Energy services to Cambridge House. We provided an energy-efficient gas boiler communal heating system that utilised a fabric first approach and PV technology to achieve the Part L & CO2 reduction targets.
