INTRODUCTION
EDC were commissioned for the mechanical and electrical design of the 4* Hotel – 70 bedrooms, function rooms, bars, leisure centre, treatment spa rooms, dining rooms, 20 three bedroom suites, car park, external services, waste water treatment plant, well pumps and lighting.
Services include all heating/cooling and ventilation design including boilers, calorifiers, chiller, CHP plant and gas, water systems, interative BMS design, MV 7 LV power distribution, audio visual system, interactive data systems, CCTV systems, PA systems, lighting, fire & gas detection.
