EDC are worked with Thornsett Group on the development of 69 apartments, overlooking York Gardens, and a new state of the art church & community centre building. The residential building is a combination of code level 4 & level 3 with the church & community building achieving BREEAM very good. There is a requirement of 20% renewable across the site – this has been achieved by the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps & Photo Voltaic panels.
