Investors in Diversity Bronze affirms that the organisation has built a strong foundation to embed Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) across the operation and is equipped for the journey of becoming more equitable and inclusive. We look forward to supporting them as they continue on the path of progress.
This programme was supported by Cork Chamber Skillnet – a multi-sector network committed to providing training for local businesses – as part of their commitment to Diversity in the workplace.
This accreditation remains valid for 12 months and it is EDC’s pledge that as a company we will continue to build on the strong Diversity & Inclusion foundations that we have built, with a view to achieving the Silver and eventually the Gold award, as we continually strive to be a leader in the industry for diversity, inclusion and equity.
