Calixto (Alex) Acosta

Alex has extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for small and large-scale projects at both local and international level. He is well versed in working and coordinating with design teams with his experience giving him strong practical experience in BIM applications such as Revit, Navisworks and Solibri as well as collaboration platform tools. This professional understanding of BIM levels & management has allowed Alex to utilise BIM quality data for the mobilisation of facility management operations.

As BIM Manager, his main role involves managing the BIM team, producing MEP Revit models, coordinating mechanical, electrical, public health engineering and lighting design within the office and with external design teams. Ensuring drawing standard compliant with quality assurance.

His project experience has reached a wide range of sectors including museums, laboratories, universities, schools, sports centres, night clubs, restaurants, data centres, offices, airports, residential and high-rise buildings.
