In 2017 we have pushed ourselves to ensure we deliver some amazing projects using state of the art technologies and tools
From The Collective, Canary Wharf which is due to be completed in 2018 to the work on the Chelsea Barracks in the historic and esteemed Chelsea Borough in London. In the last 12 months, we have helped design and renovate iconic buildings in Ireland, Europe and Africa.
One of our early stage key projects in Ireland, the North City Operations Depot has required methodical and careful planning, open and efficient communication and skillful engineering to ensure this project transforms into an efficient and functional multi use building for multiple departments of the Dublin council that includes waste management, housing maintenance, electrical services and public lighting, Traffic, Surface water maintenance and Road maintenance.
In the UK we have continued to push boundaries of BIM, MEP and Energy Engineering with work the redevelopment of the disused Kings Point office building to provide 103 new homes with cascading roof gardens and canal frontage.
It has also been an exciting time as we expand into Africa, with the Famfa project utilizing our level 2 BIM experience using bespoke modelling and BIM to overcome challenges presented by the complex multipurpose design.
