Project Overview:
This transformative project will see the construction of a six-storey, 131-bedroom hotel over a single-level basement to the rear of the site, along with the refurbishment of 92 St. Stephen’s Green to accommodate five residential apartments and the conversion of 93 St. Stephen’s Green from office use to hotel accommodation. This exciting development will breathe new life into the south side of St. Stephen’s Green, and we’re proud to be part of this wonderful development.

We’re proud to be delivering full Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design and energy modelling for 92-93 St Stephens Green - carefully integrating modern engineering solutions into a protected structure. Our approach is fully sympathetic to the historic building fabric, ensuring that we respect the heritage of the space while enhancing its performance for future use.
