Project Overview:
This project comprised the construction of new facilities for separate boys’ and girls’ academies, which are joined by a shared specialist teaching and kitchen/dining area, followed by the subsequent demolition of the original school structures.
This new build educational centre caters for over 2000 students. Comprised of four blocks connected by POD’s. EDC were responsible for the full M&E Design as well as preparing a 3D model of the M&E services throughout the entire building.
