Project Overview:
This residential development comprising 112 units apartments in a single block ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys with a basement car park level, located in Sandymount, Dublin 4. Constructed with a mix of RC crosswalls with precast hollowcore slabs, and insitu RC slabs, the façade completions include brick, stone and metal cladding, aluclad windows with in-situ concrete and steel balconies. The apartments will be fitted with a Dimplex Edel HP system for hot water, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system and electric radiators.
