Project Overview:
This development delivered 92 homes and target a policy compliant scheme in the provision of affordable housing, with the aim to provide improvements to the current street and townscape; optimise communal spaces with a focus particularly on young children’s play area, and provide green roofs that will enhance the overall biodiversity and ecology.
A fabric first approach was taken for this development to improve energy efficiency along with solar shading and a green roof. Approximately 36% of the development is allocated for the provision of affordable housing.
