With nearly 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Alan Tyrrell is Regional Director, leading our London team and overseeing the delivery of complex, high-value developments across the capital.
Combining expertise in Project Management and Senior Electrical Engineering, Alan has played a pivotal role in delivering major landmark projects, specialising in high-specification commercial, office, residential and retail developments. His technical expertise spans Energy Strategies, Part L compliance, Fire Engineering and BREEAM, enabling him to provide commercially focused solutions that balance performance, compliance and project viability.
Alan has particular expertise in the design and delivery of high-density residential developments and some of London's most iconic skyscrapers. His leadership is underpinned by a unique blend of technical excellence and practical site experience, having qualified as an electrician before progressing into senior engineering and leadership roles. This combination gives him a deep understanding of both design and construction, helping clients navigate complex challenges and deliver successful projects.
