John Roche is Regional Director, leading our Cork team and bringing 20 years of experience across the construction industry. A Chartered Engineer, he provides strategic leadership alongside extensive expertise in mechanical building services design, overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initial concept and inspection through to completion.
Throughout his career, John has led multidisciplinary engineering teams on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors. His collaborative approach and technical knowledge ensure projects are delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, coordination and client outcomes.
Having worked extensively in both Ireland and the UK, John has developed a comprehensive understanding of Irish and UK design standards, enabling him to guide clients through complex regulatory requirements while delivering practical, commercially focused engineering solutions.
