Richard has over 20 years of experience in the construction sector and holds a Building Services Engineering qualification from the Munster Technology University (MTU) in Cork.
Richard experience spans Ireland, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, & the United Arab Emirates.
Over his 20 plus years in the Construction Sector Richard has been involved in large scale projects in Building Services, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Food & Beverage, Life Science, & Data Centre sectors from design, engineering, contracting & cost management point of view.
In recent years Richard has had the overall responsibility for the commercial operations of a large Irish Mechanical & Electrical Contractor operating in the Middle East Region.
Richard’s prides himself and his attention to detail, hands-on and practical approach, and can-do attitude to deliver large scale projects on time and within budget.
