INTRODUCTION
This £30M project comprises of a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and townhouses, all for private sale beside Grand Union Canal. The scope also includes commercial units in three retained art deco buildings. This is the first stage of a masterplan that will deliver a range of homes that maximises the water frontage and space along the banks of the Grand Union Canal to create a waterside community with residential, commercial and leisure space.
EDC, Willmott Dixon and ISIS Waterside Regeneration have a shared vision of sustainable development and at Brentford. This scheme will benefit from a range of measures to use sustainable energy, including district heating, green roofs, rooftop allotments and PV panels. Improvements will also be made to the moorings available to maximise the benefits of waterside living.
“Willmott Dixon selected EDC for the quality of the team, track record in designing high-quality homes and a shared commitment to sustainable development and community relationships.”
