INTRODUCTION
St. David’s is a 42 bed Social Housing Development consisting of one and two bed apartments.
The project consisted of central plant gas condensing and biofuel boilers providing the primary heating and hot water to all dwellings. The project was designed to achieve a level 4 CfSH standards.
