EDC are providing the M&E design, Energy & Fire Engineering services to 4 schemes as part of the exciting new Brick by Brick development in Croydon, South London. BXB is a multi-award-winning development company established by Croydon Council.
It aims to deliver properly designed homes for all tenures and are currently working to deliver around 2000 new homes on multiple sites throughout the borough. The BXB model is designed to maximise the return from development activity to residents, while also addressing housing need. EDC are delighted to be appointed by Henry Construction on the Kingsdown, Longheath Gardens andTollers Lane schemes and look forward to delivering successful projects.
