INTRODUCTION:
Dock East is a 50,000 sq ft redevelopment by London Green of a 7-storey waterside office building into 108 high-spec 1, 2 & 3-bedroom residential units. This has been successfully achieved by converting the existing building facade and adding 2-floors in height to give the building a more residential appearance.
Just a short walk away from Canary wharf, this development will be a great addition to the already unique neighbourhood on the Isle of Dogs.
Our works included the MEP design and energy services on the project. For the new build dwellings our team utilised an exhaust air heat pump system that provides the primary heating and domestic hot water to each dwelling to achieve the Part L requirements.
