Project Overview:
This development consists of 120,000sq/ft warehouse space with 12,000sq/ft offices over three stories. EDC were engaged as MCE designers by the contractor as part of the design and built contract.
EDC performed the full M&E design and build of the Aerodrome Unit G 120,000sq/ft logistic hub on behalf of IPUT Real Estate. This building performance is classified as a LEED Gold and BREEAM excellent for sustainability. There are three floors of offices at the front of the building and 16 loading dock doors at the rear of the warehouse. The project consists of a turnkey for the HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical systems. Along with this, services included VRF heating and cooling to the office spaces, rainwater harvesting for toilet flushing, heat pump domestic hot water system, and 150kW PV solar systems.
