Project Overview

Marine Wharf East is a £45 million residential development for Galliard Homes, comprising 163 high-quality apartments across two contemporary residential buildings, Canary Point and Harbourside, in Surrey Quays, London. The scheme also includes approximately 1,800 m² of public open space, two landscaped courtyard gardens and green roof systems, creating a sustainable and attractive living environment as part of the wider regeneration of the area.

EDC was appointed by the MEP subcontractor to develop the building services design from RIBA Stage 3 through to RIBA Stage 5. Our multidisciplinary team delivered coordinated mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) design services, working closely with the project team to ensure an efficient, buildable and fully integrated design solution.

Our integrated Energy and Sustainability team supported the project through SAP assessments, energy modelling and BREEAM consultancy, helping the development meet its sustainability objectives and regulatory requirements while contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, energy-efficient residential scheme.
