The Aspen: Aspen is the lifestyle offering within Consort Place which consists of a remarkable collection of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, within an elegant 65 storey tower. The development will also feature state-of-the-art wellness facilities including vitality pool, gym and spa, alongside 24 hour concierge and security and a sky lounge.
The Dorsett Hotel: Our scope includes the 231-key Dorsett Hotel at Canary Wharf, positioned within a high-quality landscaped public realm. The new square brings together a health centre, education facility and community hall, complemented by restaurants, bars and cafés, forming a well-balanced and active urban destination.
Stage 4 Onwards: We conducted Stage 4 MEP Design Validation to Stage 5 MEP Services Coordination across key areas, including hotel guestrooms, corridors, amenities, and the plant room. Additionally, validation will cover the East Tower Amenity Areas, spanning from the lower ground to Level 1, Levels 21 and 22, and the Level 63 Sky Lounge.

Our Scope of Works

We conducted Stage 4 MEP Design Validation across key areas, including hotel guestrooms, corridors, amenities, and the plant room. Additionally, validation will cover the East Tower Amenity Areas, spanning from the lower ground to Level 1, Levels 21 and 22, and the Level 63 Sky Lounge.

Following this, we completed Stage 5 MEP Services Coordination for the East Tower Apartments from Levels 22 to 63, along with associated corridors on these floors. Coordination also extended to the tank room on Level 32, the East Tower roof area, and the East Tower Amenity Areas from the lower ground to Level 1, Levels 21 and 22, and the Level 63 Sky Lounge. Additionally, the hotel’s guestrooms, corridors, amenities, and plant room are included in this stage.
