Construction of the North Island building is part of Argent Related’s £500m Tottenham Hale  regeneration scheme which will create a fully-integrated new neighbourhood including over 1,000 new homes, 15 retail spaces, co-working and office space and a new health centre.

The North Island building will deliver 136 new homes including 80 of which will be shared ownership and a further 3000 sq ft of planned commercial space on the ground floor.

This extensive scheme is part of the wider regeneration of Tottenham Hale which will benefit the community by delivering green spaces, retail and leisure hubs, a range of affordable housing in addition to improved road networks and a health centre.

This development is integral in delivering the homes to help young people and families get on the housing ladder in this vibrant and growing part of North London.
