EDC have been appointed by Designer Group as the Mechanical and Electrical Consultants for this £115M project.
This project will see the historic Grade II listed former Royal London Hospital transformed into a new town hall housing a new council chamber, cafe, library and additional public facilities.
Opening in 2022, the new town hall will take its place at the heart of Whitechapel. It’s a part of London that is seeing significant regeneration including the opening of Crossrail at Whitechapel Station and a new £300 million life science campus led by Queen Mary University.
