EDC was delighted to have been appointed to complete the full MEP, Fire Engineering Services, Thermal modelling & BREEAM Assessment for this prestigious project.
Our team has been working on the project that consists of a mixed-use development that will have 705 collective serviced studio apartments alongside beautifully designed common areas for residents to use. This groundbreaking project will revive the concept of community in modern-day London.
This state of the art building also included a smart AV/Controls system throughout the building which offers the residents an intelligent lighting system in all rooms.
