INTRODUCTION:
The Crown Trading Centre Hayes, is a £100 Million scheme located in West London and will consist of 407 apartments across two buildings and five shell and core commercial units, podium areas in each building at the first floor level with a car park underneath the podium.
As West London is seeing a rise in employment which will give rise to a demand for housing in the area, the development aims at building housing for young professionals.
The 407 apartments will be made to Greystar’s high-quality design standards and be socially, economically and environmentally conscious. The apartments will be a mix of one, two and three-bedrooms.
With 89 of the 407 purpose-built apartments designated as affordable housing, the Crown Trading Centre Hayes will add to the social fabric and housing stock available in West London.
The project is due for completion in Q3 of the year 2025.
EDC MEP Overview
EDC is providing a stage 3 MEP package, energy services on SAP, SBEM, and a new energy strategy.
We have designed up to 550kW of PV and an ASHP array that does 100% of all apartments heating and domestic hot water requirements year round.
This scheme is future-proofed to connect to a nearby district heating network if one comes available in addition to the ASHP array. It will also contribute 100% of the commercial unit’s
future domestic hot water requirements.
