Project Overview:
The redevelopment of the disused King’s Point office building in Reading provides 103 new homes with cascading roof gardens and canal frontage, as well as commercial space and new public realm.
This building is Reading’s tallest residential tower standing at 18-storeys complete with 3 landscaped roof gardens. This development provides 103 one, two and three bedroomed apartments and penthouses.
EDC provided the full design of MEP systems, Fire Engineering services, SAP calculations and BREEAM to achieve the minimum Part L & CO2 requirements.
