EDC is proud to have provided Mechanical, Electrical & Energy Consultancy Services for the development of Dairygold’s new Mallow South Retail Park in Co. Cork.
The project forms part of a significant investment in the area and includes a new Dairygold Co-Op Superstore, café and additional retail units, creating a modern and welcoming destination for the local community.
Our role has included the design, coordination and supervision of the mechanical and electrical services, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and the long-term operational performance of the development.
The project also incorporates solar PV technology, supporting the development’s wider energy and sustainability objectives.
