The first chapter is already complete, with 73 homes delivered in Phase 1. Work is now progressing through Phase 2, comprising 63 homes, and Phase 3, with a further 65 homes, bringing the overall development to 201 homes across the three phases.
While the scale is significant, it is the detail within each home that matters. From thoughtful layouts to comfortable living spaces and efficient building services, the development has been designed around how people actually live. Every home achieves an A2 BER rating, supporting lower energy consumption, improved comfort and reduced running costs for residents.
We're providing MEP design and engineering services across the development, bringing a practical, performance-led approach to the mechanical, electrical and public health systems behind each phase. Our role is to help ensure that the engineering works as seamlessly as the architecture, delivering homes that are efficient, comfortable and built for long-term living.
With Mallow town centre just minutes away and the surrounding countryside providing a distinctive backdrop, Rose Hill strikes a balance between connection and space. And as each new phase takes shape, that balance is becoming something more tangible: a neighbourhood with its own identity, where people can live, grow and put down roots.
