Project Overview:
Located next to Southall train station in Ealing, London, Merrick Place is a mixed-use urban regeneration scheme for Grainger and Network Homes creating 575 new homes across built-to-rent, private and affordable tenures.
The project is designed for manufacture offsite using advanced manufacturing methods to shorten the construction programme and increase quality. The project will create 575 new homes, 2,100sqm of office space and 318sqm of flexible commercial floorspace within four separate buildings of between 15 and 23 storeys with a 2-storey podium.
The scheme will be car free but with 926 cycle parking spaces and two dedicated servicing bays on Merrick Road. Communal gardens and public realm space will be created on the Merrick Road frontage and landscaping, play and amenity space areas within the site.

The MEPH Installation Drawing Package delivers precise layouts and specifications for efficient on-site execution. Stage 5 Construction Support provides technical oversight, reviewing installations, resolving queries, and assisting with commissioning to ensure a smooth project completion.
