123 VICTORIA STREET
123 Victoria Street, originally built in 1975, consists of 3 basement levels, a ground floor, and 12 upper levels. The fit out and refurbishment of the upper 12 floors and basement will be carried out whilst the retail units on the ground floor were still trading. The refurbishment includes plant areas, replacement roof and roof plant, BMS and general office space.
SEVERNSIDE ENERGY RECOVERY CENTRE
A new Energy Recovery Centre has been installed at Severnside, Bristol, South Gloucestershire with the facilities to handle 400,000 tonnes a year of residual municipal waste from the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond-upon-Thames. The new development will export around 34 megawatts.
FERRYBRIDGE C SITE
EDC worked on the delivery of the new 105Mw multi-fuel power station at the Ferrybridge C site in West Yorkshire. The facility products low carbon electricity and heat by by burning waste derived fuel from various sources of processed municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial waste and waste wood.
A state of the art office fit out for Blue Chip client. Building operates as a financial call centre so comfort and resilient IT were key client goals. The client also had a detailed AV requirement to facilitate communication solutions to other sister offices throughout the world. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
This project consisted of the refurbishment of multiple old offices to state of the art college extending out over 2 floors to include seven state of the art conference/meeting rooms including video conferencing facilities, Lecture Theatre, Tutorial Rooms, Classrooms, an I.T. room, Offices, Reception and a Glass Lift.
